Acceptance

By creating an account or using pushbag, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

pushbag lets you publish versioned artifacts — HTML documents, images, and short videos — and receive a stable URL for each one. Each artifact is public or private, chosen by its owner; private artifacts are gated to their owner's account.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep control of the account you use.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and serve your artifacts — including serving public artifacts to anyone who has their URL. You are responsible for having the rights to publish what you upload.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content or use.
• No malware, phishing, or content designed to harm visitors.
• No infringement of others' intellectual property or privacy.
• No attempts to break artifact isolation, bypass quotas, or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Limits

Uploads are subject to file size, duration, version count, and per-user storage limits. Limits are part of the service design and may change; the service is not intended for general-purpose media hosting.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pushbag and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
